About the Role:
In this role you will be greeting people with a big smile and an even bigger wealth of knowledge about the menu,the wine list and the restaurant as a whole. You’ll have previous experience gained behind the bar in a busy, high volume restaurant environment and you’ll absolutely love what you do!
You’ll relish the challenge of working quickly and efficiently under pressure while maintaining sky high standards of presentation and fantastic attention to detail.This is a full-time role so you’ll need to be available to work a combination of days, evenings and weekends and you must have full work rights to work in Australia.
Responsibilities
·To be proud of and to keep the bar clean and sparkling.
·To serve customers their favourite drinks with a big smile.
·To learn the Jamie’s Italian cocktails and mix them with delight.
·Manage all requests for drinks and work happily with the Front of House team.
·Jamie’s restaurants get busy so you’ll need to be used to a busy bar.
·You understand that Work, Health & Safety starts with you.
